Pre-order terms

• Pre-order products are batches that are still being made or curing.
• You pay in full at checkout. Your receipt shows each pre-order item and its ship date.
• Each pre-order product shows the date it ships from. We set realistic dates and update the product page if a date changes.
• If a ship date moves, we email you straight away with the new date.
• You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Email hello@purepressedco.com with your order details.
• If a cart mixes pre-order and in-stock items, everything ships together when the pre-order is ready, unless you chose to have in-stock items sent ahead at checkout.
• Pre-orders are limited. Once a batch is fully reserved, the product shows as sold out.
