Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use purepressedco.com or buy from Pure Pressed Co., a trading name of RMM Industries Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 163 168 107, ABN 74 163 168 107) (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our products
Every bar is made by hand in small batches and cured for six weeks, so colour, pattern, scent and size vary a little from bar to bar and from the photos. That’s the nature of handmade soap, not a fault.
Our soaps are for external use only. Key ingredients are listed with each bar, and we’ll send the full ingredient list on request. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, check the ingredients and try a small patch of skin first. Stop using a bar if irritation occurs. Our products aren’t medicines and aren’t intended to treat any condition.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Australian dollars.
- We aren’t currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can pay by card or, where offered, by Link, Klarna or Zip.
- If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we’ll contact you before sending your order, and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders
You’ll get an email receipt once your payment goes through. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a bar has sold out or we can’t deliver to your address.
Shipping
- We currently ship within Australia only.
- Shipping is a flat $10 per order.
- Orders usually arrive within 3 to 8 business days of dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees, and remote areas can take longer.
- Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong, we can re-send it once you pay the shipping again.
- If your parcel is lost in transit, email us and we’ll send a replacement or refund you.
Returns and refunds
Change of mind: for hygiene reasons we can only accept unopened, unused bars in their original wrapping, returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first; you pay the return postage. We’ll refund the price of the returned bars within 5 business days of receiving them. The original shipping charge isn’t refunded for change-of-mind returns.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items: email hello@purepressedco.com with your order details and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Refunds are paid to the original payment method.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to replacing the goods or refunding what you paid for them. This doesn’t exclude or limit any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that can’t be excluded.

Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
